Call for applications: Honorary contract for students. Collaboration on a survey on digital personnel selection procedures at Berlin universities.

At Berlin universities, staff selection procedures (application selection, recruitment, appointment procedures, etc.) are increasingly being carried out digitally.  In cooperation with the ECDF Gender & Diversity Network, LakoF Berlin is conducting a study on the consideration of equal opportunities and the integration of participation rights (women's and equal opportunities officers, diversity officers) in these procedures. For the survey of the digitalisation processes of personnel selection procedures in the universities and the corresponding software solutions, a student is sought.
